Girl kills (or thinks she kills) Lestat. Louis and Claudia go to Europe. Find other vampires. Louis loves Armand. Armand loves Louis. Claudia hates Armand. Armand hates Claudia. Lestat comes back. Louis hates Lestat. Claudia dies. Armand dies. Louis is just living. Lestat is turning crazy.

I'm propably gonna make a lot of enemies saying this, but: it really was boring, kind of.

First of all: Louis is one whiny whiner. I think that is what bothered me the most. His constant wailing. Another thing that really bothered me were all the relationships. I didn't get them. Louis hates Lestat but still stays with him because he thinks that Lestat still has things to teach him about being a vampire. And then when Louis finally wants to leave him, Lestat turns Claudia into a vampire and they all play house. Louis is afraid of Claudia but still loves her more than anything else and takes care of her even though it is clear that she just looks like a little girl but that her mind is that of a grown woman. Louis sees her as her child but I still had the feeling that there was more going on, which would be really really really weird. And then there is Armand. Louis sees him and instantly loves him, just because. I don't know if they were lovers. It was never said but kind of implied, I think.

I don't know if I thought it boring because I've already seen the movie, so there weren't any surprises, but I don't thinks that's the case. I didn't like any of the characters, which is the worst thing that could happen to me while reading.

Sorry to all the "Vampire Chronicle"-Fans.
